INITIAL PROCESS
After submitting your proof order form through our website, we
will contact you in regards to your design. We will upload an
electronic proof (E-proof) online with a secure username and
password. After reviewing your E-proof, contact us to approve your
proof or inform us if any corrections need to be made. We require
that payments are to be sent only after your review and
approve your final E-proof. By placing an online proof
order, you agree to commit in ordering the minimum amount of
prints from our company.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation fees will not be assessed only if your order has not
been designed. Once your proof has begun the designing process,
you are subject to a $30 cancellation fee. This fee will be
assessed even if your proof has not been uploaded online. This fee
is charged to cover the time our designers have used to creating
and editing any photos as well as customizing your order.
Once your order has been sent to print and has already been
paid for, the order cannot be cancelled.
RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, we offer no return or exchange
policy. We hold the client responsible to review their order and
ensure that all information, photo placement, and requested design
is correct. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please let us
know so that we can address your concern. If we make any mistakes
on your order, no matter how big or small, we will reprint your
order at our expense.
SHIPPING POLICY
Hana Hou Designs ships via USPS Priority Mail with a standard fee
of $12. This covers shipping and handling costs. At the customer's
expense, if requested,, orders can be sent via FedEx for expedited
shipping.
Once your order has been shipped, we are not held liable if the
package is damaged, lost, or stolen while it is enroute to you.
Insurance is highly recommended, but not required.
ONLINE SAMPLES
By ordering through us, you agree to allow us to post your order
online for viewing purposes. We do, however, respect your privacy
should you wish that your order not be posted online.
